You use any Interactive Areas at your own risk and are solely responsible for your actions inside. Individuals 13 years of age or older have access to Interactive Areas. By providing User Information to an Interactive Area, you signify that you are at least 13 years old and, if you are younger than 18, that you have gotten your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to accept these Terms, submit content, and use the Websites.

These Terms and these guidelines are the only agreements between the parties concerning the subject matter. The Codewebcreation, its affiliates, third-party content suppliers, and licensors intend to profit from these Terms. Suppose any section of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable. That portion will be replaced with language that accurately and forcefully reflects the original intent. The parties will continue to be bound by the enforceable portions of these Terms. The section headers used here are merely for convenience and have no bearing on the law.
