A: First you will receive your completed work and you will be able to revise it. Once you are happy with it, we will send you the invoice with all the details you need to pay. You can pay via PAYPAL. The only other option is Wire Transfer (sometimes referred to as ‘Telegraphic Transfer’ or simply T/T). Due to high transaction cost, we only accept Wire Transfer with amount over US$1000. Please write to for details if you plan to issue a wire transfer.
A. At the end of each working day, the Project Manager supervising your project or programmer working on your project will send you a detailed report updating you on the progress of your project. We maintain easy accessibility and an open line of communication through VOIP, Email, or any other preferred mode of communication by you. Our quality control team keeps a check and closely monitors the work flow to enable you to get superior results all throughout.

A. If new software, we’ll work with you through our per-project consulting process to size up your project and then move forward with a Research, Design and Planning engagement. After RDP, we’ll begin development of your software, you’ll be involved every step of the way.
A. Yes, we are always evaluating new projects. The pre projects consulting process takes 2 weeks. Our research design and planning phase 4-6 weeks. Developing begins after that.
A. Our rates vary over time but we try to keep our blended rate between $7/hr- $25/hr (Also it will depend on the Requirement of the project)

A: When we finish the work, an email notification will be sent to your email with a special link, which will lead you to the project page with thumbnails on the right side. Just click “Download Full-size” and the work will be downloaded to your computer. By the way, we can send by email attachment too if you prefer.
